SECOND ANNIVERSARY: GUSH KATIF/N. SHOMRON DESTRUCTION AND EXPULSION



Following is a translation of the ad in this past Friday's "Makor Rishon" newspaper re events taking place on 10 Av/25 July, the second anniversary of the destruction and expulsion:

WHO REMEMBERS THE PAST, WILL BUILD THE FUTURE

YEARNING: 9 a.m. at Kissufim, facing Gush Katif, bringing the Sefer Torah to Kissufim.

REMEMBERING: 11:00 - 16:00 Chemdat HaDarom College (next to the entrance to the Baba Sali's grave in Netivot): Classes, panels, personal stories, films, theatrical presentations and displays.

PRAYING: 16:30 Baba Sali's grave: Prayer for the salvation of Israel and MAIN RALLY. Ceremony of writing letters in the Kissufim Sefer Torah. 18:00 Leave in orange procession for Hachnasat Sefer Torah in Sderot.

PLEDGING: 18:30 in Sderot: Depositing the Sefer Torah in Sderot until we return to Gush Katif and N. Shomron, b'ezrat Hashem!
